Because even though she is hot headed and rude, she is still capable of thinking. And, when she's mad she is wanting something to take her anger out on. Fighting usually does it. Though, not always. She may seem like a skeptical wolf to have in a pack, but her loyalty still stands strong, no matter the situation.

Be of body and mind, Larka is indeed incredibly fit for the position of a Tidus Spy. Body-wise, she has never been the largest or most muscular wolf in the forest. She is tall, with long limbs, and has always been rather slender. Her legs are very powerful, great for distance running, and she does have battle training in case she comes across someone standing in her way of doing her duties. She has a broad chest, which comes with a little extra room for her lungs to expand, which means she has more room for air and can take deeper breaths while on the move. Now, being of mind. Larka is a sneaky little bitch, often using her skills to spy on members of her own Gang. She knows how to retain a lot of information, and generally uses this to her own advantage. Once knowing something about someone that they'd rather keep a secret, it is only very easy to blackmail that someone and make them do as you wish. She knows this. All things said, Larka is very loyal to perhaps one being, Motion. She does his bidding as he asks, and always preforms her job as best as she can.

why they should get it; Well, To put it simply-Enigma is the perfect pawn. He is basically programmed to to be used by somebody, Either as a conscienceless soldier or some dog you use to take care of the 'dirty work' without feeling remorse or saying "Hey, Why am I doing this to people for some guy?" He doesn't care what happens to himself, All he cares about is his leader. So I think He would be a loyal asset, If not a disposable one.
